Ordering
What products do you offer?
We produce custom printed paper cups, PET cups, wraps and liners, paper bags, plastic bags, containers and bowls, paper boxes, pizza boxes, stickers and roll labels, uniforms and apparel, and other branded packaging. We also carry stock packaging. Browse our products.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the item, and typically range from 24,000 to 100,000 pieces. Your quote will list the exact minimum for each product you request.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out our quote request form, call us at (469) 885-8446, or email sales@texasfoodpack.com. Tell us which products you need, approximate quantities, and anything you know about sizes and materials. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Do you charge setup or plate fees?
In most cases, no. We typically do not charge setup fees or plate charges, but this can vary by product category. Any applicable charges will always be listed on your quote.
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes. We can provide generic samples and samples of previous print jobs so you can see and feel the materials and print quality. We do not produce custom printed samples of your own design.
How does the ordering process work?
Once you receive your quote, you sign a purchase agreement, send your artwork (or use our free design service), approve the final design, and submit your deposit to secure production. We then keep you updated through production and shipping until your packaging is delivered. See the full order process.
Design & Artwork
Can you help with my design?
Yes. Our team can create design mockups for your packaging free of charge. Design and artwork typically take 3–5 business days. Share your logo and any brand guidelines, and we’ll show you how it looks on your products.
What artwork files do you need?
Please send high-resolution Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files, at a minimum of 300 DPI, set up in CMYK. If you don’t have print-ready files, our design team can help prepare them.
Will I see my design before it goes to production?
Yes. Nothing goes into production until you have reviewed and approved your final artwork proof. Please check spelling, logos, colors, placement and sizes carefully, as your approved proof is what will be printed.
Will the printed colors match my proof exactly?
We print using Pantone colors and work to match your approved proof as closely as possible. Digital proofs are intended to show layout and general appearance, not exact color. Normal commercial variations in color, printing, registration, texture and finish are not considered defects.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Lead times start at 6 weeks and can run up to 14 weeks, depending on the item. The clock starts once your artwork is approved and your deposit is received. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, so if you have a launch or opening date, let us know early so we can plan around it.
Will I receive the exact quantity I ordered?
Custom printed packaging is produced with a standard tolerance of up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity, and you pay for the actual quantity delivered within that tolerance. If you need an exact count, we recommend ordering about 10% extra.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship custom packaging to customers anywhere in the United States. Freight and delivery charges depend on your delivery location and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your quote will show how freight is handled for your order.
Can my order be delivered through my distributor?
Yes. We are a verified supplier with major foodservice distributors, so your custom printed products can be delivered through the distribution network you already use, with no separate vendor relationship to manage.
Can you store my order and deliver it later?
Yes. We offer free storage for the first 30 days after your order is ready for delivery or pickup. After that, storage is $40 per pallet per month. Storage is generally limited to a maximum of 4 months unless otherwise agreed in writing, so please plan your deliveries within that window.
What happens if my order is delayed?
We plan every order carefully and will keep you informed if anything changes. Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as material shortages or carrier issues, can happen, and they do not allow an order to be cancelled.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
All custom printed orders require a 70% non-refundable deposit up front to secure production. The remaining 30% balance is due before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred payment methods are ACH, wire transfer and check. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
Quality, Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel or return a custom printed order?
Custom products are made specifically for your brand. Once your artwork is approved, your deposit is received, or production has begun, the order generally cannot be cancelled, and returns are not accepted on custom printed packaging. That’s why we confirm every detail and have you approve your artwork before production begins.
What if there is a problem with my delivery?
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. Any visible damage or shortage must be written on the bill of lading (BOL) or delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Take photos, and don’t sign for the shipment as received in good condition if damage or shortages are visible.
Manufacturing or hidden defects that couldn’t be seen at delivery must be reported in writing to sales@texasfoodpack.com within 10 calendar days of delivery, with your order number, photos and details. Please keep the affected products, and don’t return anything without our written authorization. For verified defects, we will replace, reprint, credit or refund the affected products. See our Policies & Terms.
